William was born on June 22, 1942 and passed away on Monday, March 20, 2017.

William was a resident of Anchorage, Alaska at the time of passing.

He attended Barnes City Elementary School and then graduated from New Sharon High School in New Sharon, Iowa, in May, 1960.

He enlisted in the United States Air Force right after high school and attended basic training in Texas.
